How Rooted Rocket and its service providers handle website visits and initial inquiries.

When you submit a form, the contact, company and business information you enter is transmitted through FormSubmit and delivered to Rooted Rocket by email. The submission also includes a randomly generated lead ID, the first Rooted Rocket landing-page path, a sanitized referring-site path and any campaign parameters present in the URL. Rooted Rocket uses those fields to understand which inquiry produced a conversation; they are not sent to audience analytics. Do not include passwords, protected personal information, regulated records or confidential client data in an initial inquiry.
Information Rooted Rocket receives
Rooted Rocket receives the information included in your submission and the limited source fields described above. Cloudflare, FormSubmit and email providers may process routine request or delivery information such as IP address, browser type, request time, requested page and security events as needed to provide their services.
How information is used
Rooted Rocket uses inquiry information to evaluate fit, respond, prepare a potential engagement, measure inquiry sources, protect the website and keep appropriate business records. Rooted Rocket does not sell inquiry information and does not use it to train public AI models.
Cookies, temporary storage and web analytics
Rooted Rocket does not activate advertising cookies. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate website usage and performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not use client-side cookies or collect personal data from site visitors. Rooted Rocket also uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the website. Google Analytics may collect page views, interaction events, referral source, approximate location, device and browser information, and pseudonymous identifiers through first-party cookies or similar technologies. Microsoft Clarity measures interaction signals such as clicks, scrolling and navigation and can reconstruct sessions from page structure and user actions. Clarity masks input fields and uses consent controls where required by its service. Rooted Rocket uses these services to measure website performance and improve its content. The inquiry form uses session storage to preserve limited source fields during the current browser tab session; this temporary record ends with the session unless the browser retains it for recovery.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting, security and web analytics. Google provides Google Analytics 4 website measurement. Microsoft provides Clarity interaction analytics. FormSubmit processes public inquiry forms. Rooted Rocket's email provider delivers and stores the resulting messages. Each provider operates under its own privacy and security terms. Rooted Rocket may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and security or investigate misuse.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for evaluation, follow-up, business records, disputes and legal obligations. No internet or email transmission is risk-free. A client project involving sensitive data uses a separately agreed access, retention and security process.
Client confidentiality
Do not send confidential client data in the initial inquiry. Confidentiality requirements for client work are defined in the signed agreement. If sensitive information must be exchanged before an engagement, the parties may use a separate NDA.
Questions, access and deletion
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of inquiry information by emailing legal@rootedrocket.com. Some information may be retained when required for legal, security or recordkeeping reasons.
