Submitting an inquiry or holding a fit conversation does not create confidentiality obligations. Do not send confidential information through the website. Any confidentiality obligations for deeper discovery or client work must be stated in a separate signed NDA or client agreement.
Pricing and service descriptions
Published amounts may be fixed fees or planning ranges for the stated general scopes. Published delivery ranges describe typical active delivery time and assume the agreed readiness requirements, including required client access and information, are met. A proposal and signed agreement define the final fixed fee, inputs, systems, functions, timing, client responsibilities, dependencies, deliverables, exclusions, implementation costs and acceptance criteria.
No guarantee
Examples, methods, prices and service descriptions do not guarantee revenue, savings, fundraising, forecast accuracy, software performance or any other outcome. Results depend on evidence, client decisions, implementation, adoption, markets and circumstances outside Rooted Rocket's control.
Intellectual property
Rooted Rocket owns or licenses the website design, writing, methods and visual assets unless otherwise stated. You may link to public pages and quote short passages with attribution. Other reproduction, modification, sale or commercial reuse requires written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, scrape it in a way that degrades service, impersonate another person or misrepresent Rooted Rocket's work.
